The photo of the Solomon Browne that Andrew has just put up,I have not seen before. It is obviously an early photo of her, before she had the self righting "tube" fitted, and shortening the stern deck area.Very nice photo though!
Neil, where is "TGB" now/when your photos were taken?

Hi Johan
Happy New Year to you. Do you have any KNRM models to show us, or are you only building RNLI?

the photos( or paintings  in my case) consist of one oil on canvass of an old trawler, 3 w/c paintings of trawlers and the old lifeboat house at Fleetwood, and a print of the Ballycotton lifeboat at rescue.........SWMBO won't let me have any more... {:-{ {:-{ {:-{ {:-{ .. the "shed" has no wall space to hang anything on.....full of shelves of accumulated c*** as Rottweiler will testify and my shed is a 22 x 15' garage fully insulated...if it were only a shed...........I'd have nowhere to go for piles of dust %% %% %% %% %% %%

As Colin Bishop once said.....my "pit" looked like a pharoh's tomb on first opening, {-) {-) {-)

If you come up the last week in July/1st week in august, I'll ask Iain the owner if he can take you out on a trip......he took us out last year.....Rachel steered it around the Isle of Cumbrae....it was brilliant.
I know a nice Caravan club site you could pitch the MH on......or if you were to come up to Glasgow on the train I'd pick you up..theres some nice hotels in Largs to stay at for a couple of days.......save you driving.
