Cheddar Proteus - timing

Hello, I need a little help with guidance on what is the correct proceedure for setting up the correct timing on a Proteus. Any help is appreciated.

Many thanks for the reply. There was a ton of information in the thread from your inquiry that I believe will get me going in the right direction. I'll update you on results.
