Hi Rick. Still trying to send photos. I have spent hours trying to change my photos from 169KB to150KB. I am 68 and only been with computes for six months .I'm trying to teach my self  the longer I'm on this thing the less model boat building i do.  Got some great photos to show you  all One day. Will you let me know if they arrive. My computer Will not send photos with 169KB.  Cheers Dougmaz.

Have you tried resizing your photos.
Right click on photo and then click on resize.
When box opens click on smallest size. That will put reduced size copy in with you pictures.
It will be labelled the same but have [small] as well .
This is the one to send.
Forgot to ask, you are on XP are you?

Are you running Widows XP? Have you installed "Resize" http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx ? If you are, you just "right click" on the file name, select the new size (Mayhem likes MEDIUM) and thats it -  a correctly sized copy of your photo - 10 seconds!
