Cold weather stops play.
« on: December 27, 2010, 06:32:10 pm »

Hi,

With these seemingly endless freezing conditions stopping my steam modifications being tested, what are other Mayhemers, especially our North American friends, doing to get round the problems of frozen feed water and test ponds (sorry! Did I hear a distant "gaffaw" from the Antipodes?)

Ian.

Things are just fine down here and I will be going to the lake for some testing on Sunday but it is not only the UK and America having weather problems, in some parts of Aus you could launch off the back step and have the whole neighbourhood to run your boat in. Of the two I think I would rather have the cold than the floods. Just dont all start emigrating at once, it is nice and quiet and peaceful here and we need to keep it that way! Cheers, Ian.
