Hello all.
I've signed up to your site, lets be honest, to offer my Dad's lifeboat for sale.
I've read the rules of course, and understand the requirement for 25 valid posts, however I know nothing about model boats and very much doubt I could add anything worthwhile in 25 posts.  I wouldn't want to waste time and "spam up" your forum, so what I am respectfully asking is if I can offer this model for sale.
I've been holding it since my Dad passed away back in 2004. He was a member of the Chantry Model Boat club, who met down at Chatham Docks and later at Bluewater in Kent, Peter Cook if anyone here knew him. My mother sold most of his other models then. I now live in Northallerton, North Yorks.

As I say, its been here under a dust cover for years and it seems a shame that it can't be used for its original purpose by someone with a true passion for model boating. I would never sail it, as I don't have any RC controllers and well, model boats are not my thing.... and of course, we need the money.

I may be biased but it is a superb model of a Watson Class lifeboat.
Is there a way I can offer it to your members here?
Would it be possible to take it to the North East show to offer for sale?

Any help would be appreciated, and I hope I have not offended by asking this.
