La Louise.

Hello!
Tonight, I show you : La Louise.
This boat was sailing, between Brest Le Conquet and Ouessant and belonged to the state's post. Far Ouest of France between the Channel and Atlantic ocean.
She use to carry mainly; material construction, food and people bertween the island and the continent in the begining of last century = 1904 She was also used as an ambulance.
Mine is only 4 ft long and runs with an old Anton vertical oscillating 2.5cc. And a wistle! ok2
The real one was (?) around 12m long.

Not really! This is a long story and none is 100% finished. But my son shown me how to put videos on Utube. So to promote STEAM and exchange with you all, this month will be my show. Untill, you say   <*< STOP! This is enough! ok2

Just ask:




The Louise weight approximatly 8 Kg, the engine must be +/- 3cc, the autonomy is 30 min @ 2 bars (and some wistles ;))

That's a very nice model and a nice, neat, practical installation.

Open launches are great and show a lot of thought and skill, but I really like working vessels  :-))
