sorry Bill the news is not positive....  its a great country park  with a big open lake, loads of room , - its a free water ( ie you dont need to be a club member to sail, just turn up, use the frequency peg board and sail )  - but no IC allowed - due to  bylelaws-

but your always welcome with your fast fisher !!!

Hi Andy. welcome. I was born and bred in High Wycombe, now living in Vienna, Austria. Sailed my Suadade yacht at Black Park many years ago, nice people, nice lake.
@ Guy what is HS2, not lived in UK for ten years.
Cheers Terry.

HS2 means high speed train 2. A new track from London up to the north is to be built. As is normal it will be going through areas of senic beauty and blighting villages and devaluing property. All to save 26 minetes.John.

not to mention the price tag, estimated 32 billion pounds.....
to get to b'ham 25 mins faster... is the time saving worth the cost... and lets be honest, if its currently estimated at 32 billion, it'll end up actually costing 70 billion ! >:-o

Save them some money Guy, do some of the building such as Stations, Bridges and Tunnel Linings out of Lego.
