Liberty Ship Body Lines and profile
« on: June 10, 2012, 08:02:06 pm »

Can anyone help me?

I want to build a model of the Sneaton- Headlams of Whitby.

I have been looking at the Deans Marine hull but it does not seem to have the correct shape.

If I can get hold of a copy of the body lines plan and profile I fancy attempting to scratch build. Can anyone advise where I might be able to get hold of a set of these?

If you can't find a Liberty Ship set (although they must exist in profusion), look at the "Ocean" class. Upperworks different but hull the same. BY.

This may prove useful.  It's a general arrangement drawing and not hull lines and it's not a complete set.

There are some hull sections and deck plans.
