Krick model 2 building instrictions
« on: June 20, 2012, 11:33:46 pm »

I recently acquired a "PATRICIA" new in the box, along with the steam engine, also still in it's original package. Unfortunately the instructions for building the steam engine part are missing. I tried Krick....to no avail, they said plans for the engine haven't been available for several years. Can someone out there help this "new to boats". I really want to build this boat and engine so the original owner can see it run.

Krick's response is unbelievable, and unacceptable (and I just bought a Krick, used).  How could they have lost the LAST photocopy of the directions?  And why can't they ask the engine mfr. for directions?

Why haven't they reached out to an enthusiastic customer, and asked for the loan of the instructions, to photocopy?

I've worked in customer service (among other industries).  That's not customer service.

Stunning.
