HMS Fearless looks a nice model, many hours of work there I should think.
Transportation would be a bit of a nightmare thou on that size of trolly.

That modified AOP9 looks interesting, I cannot find any info on it though. I've contacted a few ex AAC mates to find out more about it.

Try a search for G-ASCC as it's now a privatly owned aircraft but still in milatary markings

Just to add a bit more detail on the AOP9 pictured. As stated it is on the civilian register as G-ASCC but is permitted to carry the Military serial XP254 for display purposes. Although an Auster design this particular aircraft was manufactured by the Beagle Aircraft Company and is fitted with a Continental IO470M engine rather than the original Blackburn Cirrus Bombardier engine of 180 HP.

Hope that helps

(and yes, I'll just get my anorak !!)

I've got a some video of the AOP9, I'll post it up later.

The LPD Fearless was a masterpiece. I've awaiting more details from Dennis of the Needham Lake club but from what I remember...
Built entirely from scratch.
It's his first model boat.
Six years construction time.
Scale 1:48
Glass cloth over ply hull.
Built from photographs only!
2 MFA 850 motor, 2 x 20amp speed controllers, 60mm 5 blade props (?) & large car battery.
Bespoke launching cradle, crane, trolley and trailer.
Steel bar external keel to prevent wallowing.
Named & Launched by her then actual Captain!
Many working features, lights, sounds, flooding deck, independent RC landing craft.
All figures ion the deck are dioramas from photographs.
No shelf queen, regularly seen on Needham lakes!

Is that a kit or scratch build? I want one!

I have the Walkera 4F200LM

But that one would be a nice step up

Can anyone from the Gipping club come forth with any info on the "SAHIL GUVENLIK" patrol boat?  Looks very different.

Jim....it would appear that 'Sahil Güvenlik' not an individual class of vessel, however is the name of the Turkish Coast Guard.........

 %)....according to the WIKI people

"The Coast Guard Command (Turkish: Sahil Güvenlik Komutanlığı) is the coast guard branch of the Turkish Armed Forces".
