Greetings everyone,
      I am pleased to post that Southport MBC will be holding another Open/Bring and Buy day on Sunday the 22nd of June (9am to 1pm). Gates will be open to visitors from around 8am, our in house Masterchef "Paul" is adding another string to his culinary bow from this event "Hot Dogs" will be available. After a successful trial run which gave very favourable comments from the members invited to test them, the Hot dogs will now be on the menu, on the day hot and cold drinks are also available along with Bacon butties up to 11am and after 11am Burgers and Hot dogs. If you are selling the tables are free to members and £5 per table to our visitors. Our attendances this season have been outstanding with the car park full plus a lot of Rotten Row with visitors cars, please feel free to come along, view the superb models sailing and on show enjoy our hospitality. You never know you may find that bargain you have been looking for.

Greetings everyone,
         Just a week to go to our Open/Bring and Buy day on the 22nd, a quick update on the day regarding Parking and access. Sefton Council are carrying out roadworks the full length of Rotten Row where our pond is located, there are temporary traffic lights in place which can be a nuisance so I would suggest that if you are attending you come into Rotten Row from the Weld road end which is the South end of the pond and Rotten Row, easiest way is from the Coast road turning right at the small roundabout into Weld road then left into Rotten Row (the lights are at the far/North end of Rotten row at present). We will have our Masterchef "Paul" present providing his Bacon butties then from 11 am Burgers and the new addition to the menu Hot dogs (I can recommend them they are excellent) plus hot and cold drinks. If you are selling it's free for SMBC members and £5 per table for visitors which will be collected by either Geoff or myself. Hopefully we will get some nice weather  so please feel free to come along and enjoy our hospitality, you may well find a bargain.
