Excellent gear, unfortunately no longer in production. Not even sure if anyone is doing the servicing these days, either. BTW Why the "Multiplex Radio" title?

No operating experience as yet, but I have a Fleet 4 channel system with a Speed Controller - not sure of the models as they are in the shed. I DO have manuals for them if you need them. Fleet were definitely one of the better manufacturers when they were originally set up. Latterly someone took over the name, but never really seemed to do much, and has now ceased even repairing Fleet equipment.

PS Multiplex are another manufacturer of RC systems - owned by Hitec I believe.

I have a Fleet Control "Omega". Super equipment but, as others have said, no longer available.

Bits and pieces of Fleet Control gear appear on Ebay from time to time. However, do be aware that this gear used a different wiring system and is incompatible with all other RC gear of which I am aware. Some cables with appropriate plug and socket to allow conversion to the common wiring system were available (I think from Hunter Systems) at one time.

It is actually quite easy to either modify the Fleet connectors to work with other systems, or make up conversion leads to use other servos with a Fleet Rx. PM me if you want the details.

My 7- Channel Fleet gear is still going strong after 18 years but as other threads on this forum will tell you, once the original owners sold the business on, it went into slow decline and then folded. Thus. if it ever needs repair, you will find you are on your own. That being said, it is excellent quality and bomb-proof. If interested go eBay Item 300196433738 for Tx, Rx and bitsathisanthat.

Quite right Stavros - can't read my own writing!  :)  It would help if I could also remember where I put my specs...  :-\
