Hi Folks,
Need some advice ...
Went to buy another Rx and crystals - looking at £24 or for £36 -£40 I can get the the above set plus extra Rx for £10. Seems a no brainer or am I missing something here??
Looking at the spec I see you can get mode 1 or 2, which I believe is which side the throttle is on - which is throttle on the left?
I have seen in some reports on 2.4 gear there is a safety on the throttle which seems to cause problems. I actually want to do away with the ratchet and use the Tx for tractor steering i.e. 2 x independent throttle control is this possible with this system.
Appreciate your thoughts

Throttle left is mode 2 :-))

Most model boaters use Mode 2
... Mode 1 users risk a dented boat when handing over their transmitter without appropriate warning! >:-o

Hi guy's , i have just bought one of these radio's and 3 extra recievers a smidging over £70 for the lot .
10 min's later in the shed and all the recievers are binded and with a servo in each one its like a remake of lord of the dance {-) .
But seriously these sets are good , ok maybe not as much ajustment as my futaba 6ex but i bought it all for just over the price of one futaba reciever .
As for what mode you use dont worry , on mine the desruction manual clearly shows a switch under the back cover to change it from mode 1 throttle on right to mode 2 throttle on left or visa versa , ok you have to change the ratchet/spring but thats all .
Dont fancy the drop test jabba but glad it's still working .
Yes go buy one , they do exactly what they say on the box/manual :-)) .
