Title: DEual Conversion TX
Post by: CERES on September 24, 2010, 07:21:54 pm
 :-)Hi,
I have a Laser 6 Dual Conversion TX which originally came with one(1) Dual Receiver.

I am now looking to increase the use of the TX by obtaining further sets of Crystals. The problem I seem to be coming across is:- There are sales of the Dual TX crystals and also the Rx crystal. However
none of them are compatable, so where do I get a matching pair?

I would appreciate some help on this one.

Ceres.

Hi Ceres,

It is only the Rx that requires the special Dual Conversion Xtal, the Tx will always use a standard Tx Xtal.

So, a standard Hitec Tx xtal with a Dual Conversion Rx is the pairing you require.

Shouldn't be difficult to obtain, but here is one possibilty:

Hi Ceres,       I've just converted my Hitec Laser 6 to 2.4ghz using the Corona kit including Rx from Giant Cod at about £21 incl. p+p.      Now theres no need for crystals whatever frequency you use.       Go get one.       regards  Geoff.
