Title: Aerokits Solent Class questions

ok, sitting in my loft, i have a grotty Solent class, its been stripped back to bare wood. i have 96% of the metal fittings. my aim,  hopefully in the new year,  will be to start the refurb.
I'm not putting in brushed motors,  so im looking for brushless recommendation, 
i need plans, there is a seller on ebay, are these plans any good?
and if a goes pear shaped..... any takers ( joking, but she could be binned if rotten, which i don't think she is)
on the plans front, could  i still get RNLI ELSEWHERE, if so where???
