Title: Radio wanted

Being lazy
I need to buy 2 cheap radios for an elderly gentleman....but ...
1. Not multi model memory
2. Must be mode 2 spring loaded
3. Able to restrict speed  forward and reverse. (Can be done via computer if necessary)
4. Must be console type.
5. Min 2 channel pref 4 chan


Ideas???

Planet T2+2 seems the closest fit. 2 proportional channels with rate functions available on both channels. Plus a dial and three pos switch on ch3 and ch4. The only problem, not really at the cheapest end of the market, about £55 at the moment.
