Totally scratch built.
Made up as I went along out of scrap bits.
Took about 3 months on and off.
Operates on 2.4GHz and 27MHz (switchable).
Flashing amber lights. Navigation lights. Home made 'smoke' unit.
Hope you like the pics.

We haven't seen much on the Springer front lately so this is pleasant surprise. :-))
it looks a super build Kev. Perhaps you could put up some more pictures enlarged to about 150K each so we can study and appreciate the details better.
Cheers

Thanks for the compliments chaps.
Just got to fine tune the ballast now as I also have a fitting for a waterproof camera to go where the front bollard is.
I was going to remove the pics and post some bigger ones but can I heck as like find out how to modify the post!..... I'll post some bigger pictures later on.

Well Kev......
I love those 3 Soda Stream accumulator bottles :-) and the copper plated/painted electronic components at the stern :-)) ............................and the 2.4 Ghz wire wound towing hoops
This vessel would make a 'brilliant' talking point at any twilight steaming session... {-)

Duncan - it was Mister Roberts who threw it overboard! {-)
Kev, great Springer! I am still scratching my head over my 2017 Springer crazy design! It was going to be based on Muckle Flugga light, but I'm not sure any more.

Nice one Kev, such a lot detail on that Springer and a lot of imagination gone onto her, love the Yorkshire fittings vents, :-))
