Title: Roses Regatta at Balne Moor 13th August

Morning folks,


Next Sunday 13th August, Balne Moor MBC will be holding the annual Roses Regatta.  As the name suggests,
the red roses of Lancashire will try to beat the white ones of Yorkshire on home water.


This is a lighthearted scale sailing and tug towing competition.  Why not come along and join
one of the teams and have fun.  There is no sailing fee.


As usual activities will start at about 10.30.  Hot sandwiches will be available until about 13.00. Hot and cold
drinks and cakes available all day.

Sounds like good fun think I will try to get there, wow no fee

Hi butts
The new tug is in the paint shop and unfortunately the staff have been on holiday this week  (poor timing )


She should be displaying the new colours ready for the next event ☺
