There was a serialised article in Model Boat between October 1991 to July 1992.  The back issues may be available from Model Boat or on e-bay.

Rick,

Some information sent to you. The build seems to have used the styrene hull and Dave Metcalf has simply described two alternatives using plank on frame or bread and butter construction so there are no photos. His techniques back in those days would be considereed outdated now but presumably there is sufficient information on the plans to construct a wooden hull using plank on frame or composite (combination of bread and butter and plank on frame) construction.

It is a nice looking craft.
