Our heroes trying to fix boat half way through heat. But had to give up in the end.

Dont worry Team omra85 we are all behind you, pity the other boats aren't ;)

You mean we were SOUTH of Watford  :o  I really must get a sat-nav  {-) {-)

Hope you had an interesting time, we did, lovely park, gorgeous weather, light sea breeze - now, if only I can get some boats that don't hate water  >>:-( >>:-(

Best wishes

How long you got Ian, I was only there for about two hours and the tales of woe. You 've never heard the like. Well you have maybe, it is Danny we are talking about.
Whilst I was there the main boat was knackered without touching the water and the C 85 boat lost a screw from the carb during the heat. I left then as I thought I might say the wrong thing and end up swimming in Southampton waters in me wheel chair. ;)

DickyD
I spent some of my best years at Marchwood Military Port and The Royal Engineers Diving school;  Once upon a time I could tell where I was by the taste and colour of the water!!!!!!! YUK.
