Barrow Submarine day
« on: August 25, 2008, 12:37:19 pm »

Sunday September 7th at the park lake Barrow in Furness is Furness MBC submarine day.

I know there are some subbies coming from Edinburgh, there may be more I havent been told about.

Come along if interested, you will be welcome.

Great pics. "boatmadman", thanks.

Tell me, do the subs with crew on deck dive? If so are the crew in place?

The food looks great but I would have been far to interested in the subs. to eat!

I am sorely tempted to build a sub. but I must resist, I must.....

I told you to eat your biscuit before we left home, now didn't I? Don't come running to me just because you are hungry, you should do as you are told.   >>:-(

This was a terrific day - even the weather was warm and sunny most of the time. And my Trafalgar and Kilo worked perfectly for a change too. Many thanks to all the Furness MBC members who put so much effort into organisibg this event and looking after us so well.
