Hopefully, fingers crossed, I might be ready to do a bath test tomorrow...

If this is your first time, be sure to undress first and then test the temperature of the water with a toe before climbing in. It helps to have the sponge, loofah and soap within easy reach. Don't mess around trying to push your big toe up the tap and don't forget to rinse around the bath once it's emptied to prevent a ring of limescale from forming.

I don't know...a Motorflote would make a half decent submersible. Add a few more lights, radar scanners...give George a set of oxygen bottles...hmm.

Somebody tell me why I decided to build this damn Motorflote? Every straight edge, every join, has to have a length of 4mm styrene angle glued across it...I've used over a dozen packets of the stuff so far. It's driving me mad...just over half way through now.

Don't know about a straight jacket, I need a new straight edge...

Anyway, I had to have a change from cutting those pieces of angle, so I've made the strengthening plate that the pusher knees attach to, and installed the gratings.
