Problem with servo...HELP

I've problem with servo of seaport tug; how to replace with a new servo without change the electronic board?? Any tips for this problem?

The Seaport does not have a conventional servo rather a motor with a position switch, so unless you have another of the same type the electronics in the Seaport will not support a new servo
