Can I have a pitch with elect hook up, that way i can charge up Andy. I'm sure that's why he was not at home on Sunday this year.

Why can't we camp where you parked your car Martin??? Level near the lake, it would be ideal.

I would check with Wicksteed Park, I personally have not seen any electrical hook up points but then I camp during the weekend so have no need of one.

I'll give them a call. They did say when I talked to them earlier this year that there should be hook ups for 2011. They spent a lot of money this year on the new facilities toilet/shower block. Don't really need it, just handy for charging up the batteries etc and if no hook up then can leave some stuff at home (making more room for boats!!) Should have an Autumn meet there, end of boating season???

Yes, shower block is excellent, had a look at it when we were there this year. Wish we'd brought our caravan instead of staying at the Travelodge nearby.

Was just a thought about Autumn meet, I'll keep my mouth shut.

I'll be bringing my generator anyway so no worries!! Looking forward to it, hopefully have my 8ft container ship ready for then! Just ordered bow thrusters and drive today for it from Cornwall Model Boats. Had a load of styrene sheets off Models By Design at Warwick last Friday so if Andy ran out I'm probably to blame, sorry. Watch out for a new build thread on it soon, Dave.
