Hi Bryan,
Sorry I spelled your name wrong.
Don't worry about it....when I saw your name I thought you had a stutter. (just joking). Cheers. BY.

Hi mate ,
Lovely model you are making, it looks if it could go in a museum display piece. If you are interested there are two good photo's of working coal fired TIDs No's 3 and 52 on this site "riverman.gotdns.com/gallery/index.php" which may be of interest to you. I hope I see your tug on the water at a mayhem event next year , it really looks brilliant.
David
P.S. Happy New Year to you.

Hi ggeorge,
a master at work. I like to see the boat in the spring. Maybe I make it to the Fun Run.

All the best

Wow, your steering system looks super. Is the rudder really turned by that chain, or is that just for show? Where is the servo?

I really want to see your model when it is done, sounds like a true labour of love. I see your tug is grey, I mentioned a site earlier to you, it has TID52 when new under white ensign when she was attached to the Nore Command, if that is of interest to you.

Gerry:

Good chunk of weight. Is that what it took to balance it out the way we were thinking?

Nice work Gerry despite the long way round to get to it. Turned out worth it in the end.

Like you, for me it is the cowl vents that I find difficult. You have done a great job of yours by the way.
