Springer tug day

Hi all

Kirklees model boat club are thinking of holding a springer tug day in 2012 as we all no there is a few knocking around  before we put a date down for it do you think it would be a good idea  
Please let use no

I think it would be a good day as long as open to All springers, Legal and non legal, obviously you could have judging for various categories, again those that are built to the regulations and those which are not..

Sounds good to me, how about springers in the spring? As TLB says it should cater for all springers, legal and freeystyle designs. Dave.   :-))

HI Number 6 and Longbuild. The event would be open to all types of Spinger models. Until I can get some dates for other events  next year we cannot fix a date but March or April  may on the cards. More info to follow please keep sending your feed back via Mayhem.

Sounds good to me, if fuel prices stay within reason...way past that now I know but O0  Suppose I could use my bus pass, if it is valid in Englandshire.

Springer friendly trains are too just ask Jimmy Saville now then now then, or what about those new fangled flying machines from Scotlandshire?  :P

Hi fellow members. We hope to run this event in March or April 2012 more details to follow in December. Also should be posting our major events for 2012 also in December.

HI Guys Due to a very busy events calendar in 2012 both at our home water and at away shows it is now planned to incorporate the Springer event with our open day. Many model boat clubs attend our open day and this may be the best way of getting a large collection of these models together.  Open day will be held on Sunday 8 July 2012. More information to follow in the New Year.
