Hello,

How does Mayhem do it!!!, wet through, and Cold, yet fabulous!!!!!!!.

The Days were just terrific - - - but the Evenings - - well, words fail me!, just priceless !!!!.
Never, Ever, had so much fun, sitting in a Camping chair!!.

Next year we MUST have Name Tags, my poor old brain was working overtime trying to remember Who was Who.
But the fun we were having more than made up for it !!.

Thank You, Thank You, to Martin and the Club Organizers - - terrific !!.
The very best 300 mile round trip I have made since the last Mayhem Bash.

What can I say except Dammed wonderful weekend excellent event excellent company and WONDERFUL cold tea !!!!!!!!!!

Martin you are as usual a STAR but please don't change your day job weatherman you are NOT

My Personal thanks must go to everyone who helped set up on Friday NEVER have we been finished by 4pm

It was so so nice to meet old friends again and make new ones as well

As everyone now knows Phil has officially started a new sport WADER RUNNING and he is in line for a Gold Medal in the Olympics

Our Scottish contingent now what words could possibly describe them MMMMMMM...... Stars in their own right, I never drink whiskey WELL I AM Converted

Tommy our adopted Mayhem Hound has finally dried out and is so cream cracker ed has slept all the way home and is still snoring his little head off bless him.

OH yes now talking about our Scottish bretherends YES I DID FIND THE TOMY SHANTER ON MY FLAG POLE LOL LOL

Biggest dissapointement for everyone was that one person was missing in action this year GHOST WE all missed you old bean

We watched the rain yesterday and felt for you guys; it never stopped all day here (Nottingham). At least I have a full set of undamaged digits today. Maybe see you next year?

Another great weekend, great to see everyone after a years sabbatical. Also great to meet up with some new members of the webbed feet society.
Officialy it did not rain on Sunday, oh no it missed out the raining part and went straight to flooding

I now have to dry out the car, then the tent and gazeebo but it was worth it I will sort out my pictures and post some up.

I would like to give a big thanks to the WPMBC people, who helped get the lake in shape and helped with the organisation all your hard work was worth it. Also a big thanks to Martin for wanting this madness to go ahead each year

I think next year Phil will need to post the rules of straight running, because Stav has not quite got the idea. His boats tend to start out straight then take on a life of their own, this usually involves Phil running frantically through the water to catch it or run around the edge of the lake to be there just as the boat leaps out of the water engine screaming. I must take a video camera next year, "You've been framed" here I come

I have had a though for a straight running competition next year, all will be revealed

Can I add my thanks to Martin and his band of merry men for all their hard work - not forgetting the ladies or Wicksteed Park MBC! Well worth the 204.3 mile round trip on Saturday. The Management came as well and she really enjoyed it too!

I spent ages yesterday afternoon uploading my pictures (Photobucket was a real pain in the posterior - even more than usual) but having seen the quality of Richtea's and Martin's, I won't embarrass myself by posting them!

Shame about the vertical mist yesterday but I'm sure Tommy has dried out by now!

Would you believe it !
back at home in the North of Sheffield,
the suns burning your eyes out and it's a balmy 17 deg centigrade,
the clouds that I can see are the white fluffy kind of Cumulus,

not the horizon to horizon bank of grey like at Wicksteed

Lets hope for better weather next year.

It was a bit of a give away stinking all the way home. I stuck it in the spare bedroom / boat shed then she got a niff. Then she said how was i going to fix it???/
