Warped GRP hull
« on: April 26, 2012, 08:20:52 am »

My fibreglass huntsman hull (Precieent) has a slight warp in it so the wooden inner frame assembly wont fit in without a fair bit of force.

Can I just warm the hull and then fit the frame assembly, then clamp it in place as the hull cools?

I read in a similar thread that you can heat a hull up with a hairdryer and clamp it into line, then allow it to cool.
I've not done it though.
