I can see Dave you like your women dark haired & very mysterious. Being from Ireland & I might add very musical, I think most of todays music is rubbish(note the English influence "rubbish") here in Canada we say garbage. Mick B.

Garbage isn't American as the earliest known usage of the word garbage in English
dates from the 15th century but I think it derives from the french Garbe or Garbelage
maybe? The modern term is of course Eurovision

I do recall the diminutive Stuart Hall laughing his socks off at the giant budgies along with the even stumpier Eddie Waring seen from the balcony of the Blackpool Open Air Baths when I was looking after the land lines on outside broadcast duties.  The Italian coach screaming "Avanti! Avanti! Avanti!" to absolutely no purpose whatsoever.  Memories.
I wonder if there is a rule that presenters should be able to jump up and down under a table?
