Hi guys just a quick hello.l hope to learn as much from you,as l may be able to
 give back.l have been building models for the last 50 or more years mostly scratch built
having just finished the SG&K gentlemans run about in mahogany planking,if anyone needs
help with this model,l have 96 photos of the build. :-)).Clive.

Many thanks for the kind words regarding my woody.It was a plan from Marine Modeling the SG&K gentlemans run about,they sell a plan and wood set,the wood set is  laser cut keel and frames.You will find if you buy the wood pack some of the frames in the stern are not quite right and need some packing you will also have to cut a slot in the frame forward of the rudder to get the pushrod through.l would suggest fitting the rudder before fitting the sides, making sure the pushrod works properly .The other thing l found was measurements on one drawing did not tally with the other,but none of this should cause a problem for a scratcher.
If l can l will post some more pictures,but it will have to be in about a fortnight as l am off to Cornwall at 4.30am tomorrow.
