Thinned polyester + catalyst

I'm thinning some polyester resin with styrene by 10% do i need to add more catalyst?

I would, although you have a very wide tolerance with polyester resin catalyst. Best advice I can give is make sure the mould is kept warm that works best for the cure. I tend to do my fibreglassing in the summer months, not that we had much of one this year!

Styrene thins the resin a bit more to help it penetrate the wood that Dave is laminating onto.

For normal laminating you don't bother.

I have a warm room so no worries there i might get my glassing done this weekend if our visitors have gone, i'll add more catalyst to be on the safe side.
