Cornwall Model Boats

Hello all,
 
I have been, unsuccesfully, trying to get in contact with Cornwall model Boats. I placed an order a few weeks ago, and have heard nothing back. No Order either.
The previous orders have been In New Zealand, with in 7 days. So I am a little surprised this one hasn't arrived.
 
Is any one else having issues, or is it just me.
 
Any Ideas.

Never had any problems with cornwall model boat. I think there service is first class= hope you get sorted out soon.

Hi boman, it may be they're on holiday or something, I've some bits on order from a couple of weeks or so ago, placed another yesterday but no confirmation as yet, tried calling but answer m/c only at the time. No doubt it'll pan out in time, they have a life other than business after all so I wouldn't be too concerned yet.

i ordered 2 cooling coils , some inlets and outlets and tubing last thursday or friday

they arrived yesterday (im uk based)

I had an email rep;y, this morning. Apparently you guys are having some weather issues. I kinda forget that its winter up north.
Hopefully the parcel will turn up soon.
Isually the service is first class.

There having problems with the floods around that area but i have never had any problems with them so hang in there i,m sure its on the way

Thanks. We are in the middle of a scorching hot summer. I konda forgot that others are going through Winter. LOL. The lady has made contact, and is most apologetic. So I will see what happens. I got spoilt before Christmas, and had 7-10 day delivery. So I was expecting this to be the norm.
 
Just as well the boat is in the middle of a ground up rrebuild. So no real panic.
