Boston Typhoon
« on: December 04, 2013, 05:36:04 pm »

Hi all,
Just bought a Boston Typhoon from Mount Fleet Models and being Xmas my daughters have suggested they buy me something for the boat.
I want to put in a smoke unit in but there is not a lot of room inside,
Has anybody got any suggestions as to what would be a good unit to fit this boat, I will then be able to drop some hints to the girls

That is a great model. I enjoyed my build.

There is plenty of room inside so I fitted a 900 motor. I don't have mine any more otherwise I would check for you but I should have thought there was enough room for a smoke machine somewhere. You might need to extend the pipes or change the water carrier to a different size.  Contact Marks modelboats for some advice.

Cheers
