Just thought I'd say "Hello" to you all.
My first Mayhem weekend at Wicksteed was most enjoyable (even if it did 'persist' down twice!). It was lovely to meet new people (Klunk, Phil, Bill, Martin, the Scottish fellas, Ian.....to name a few), get soaked (twice!!), help Mrs Stav here and there with baby Catherine (always a pleasure
), take plenty of photos, drink beer (& whiskey
), eat great food (thank you Stavros
) and have a go of Stavros' boat on the lake
......hence my joining MBM Forum.
I've yet to buy and build my first boat and i'm in the process of searching for a beginner boat to make. I have already consulted the threads on this forum and will be considering the advices of the experts in this forum as well as my 'significant other', Nige.
