Hi New Mayhemer from Glasgow
« on: June 22, 2014, 08:49:18 pm »

My name is Sandy, I have just returned to the Hobby after quite a few years.  Local pond is in Knightswood area of Glasgow the local Boat Club is  Knightswood Model Boat Club.
After a good rumage in my loft I have managed to get a couple old boats back up and working. My old Steering Competition Tug and a RAF type rescue launch
Currently working on a Pusher Tug Kit and planning to Build an Aziz tug next.
I have found a load of good articles and information for both builds on the forum, and good advice about modern radio and electronics etc.
looking forward to my new builds and will be asking for lots of advice.

cheers
Sandy

Hi Sandy,

I will be along at the Paddler Day on the 31st August at Knightswood.

Why don't you bring the RAF launch along to the Warship Weekend (12th/13th July) at Glasgow Richmond?

All the best
Sandy

I still have the Moskva from my old days at GRMBC  unfortunately it needs too much work to get ready for July, would be nice to see her sailing again though.
