• Bridlington Open Weekend: September 16, 2014 - September 17, 2014

This year's BMBS Open Weekend will be on Saturday and Sunday 16th/17th August. Lots to see with trade stands. Fun Club 500 racing, Naval Formation sailing, Mass flotilla sailing round the lake, free sailing. Free parking, refreshments (hot and cold), free caravan/tent area, tombola plus our famous (infamous?) Gallon of Whiskey raffle (2nd prize Martell Brandy gift set, 3rd Prize Sandwich maker) All proceeds this year will go to the 'Legs for Angel' charity, a 6 year old girl from Scarborough who needs new legs following many operations and finally amputation due to a rare congenital deformity.
Please come along and support us and have fun as well.

I have done my best, danced naked round the lake at midnight last night so I hope the weather gods were impressed.........we shall see!

Well, Ian's dance routine worked a treat !!!.

A bit on the windy side, he will have to work on that for next year !.
A really good  Show, lots of boats, lots of boats on the water, lots of different boats too.
Very friendy and welcoming, like a big family - - very nice !.
That part alone is well worth the trip.
