Hi,

I'm new to the forum having been attracted here by the ongoing thread of the Moonraker build. I used to build lots of stuff when I was kid but have had other priorities until now. I've got a part built Billing Zwarte Zee to get back on to that I've had for years -  its a plank own frame kit rather than the later version but ID really like to get that Lips prop built in Drunen NL under power and Radio Control. Having searched for years for a Moonraker Kit, I couldn't resist & bought a second hand ready built one off ebay that needs some TLC and attention to detail. I'm tempted to strip it down but maybe I should just buy some Graupner RC control and batteries and have some fun first. I also have Billing Boats Krabbenkutter and Bluenose kits to start. At some point I will replace the Vosper Dimarcha that I built from the original plans Issued in Model Boats magazine (which I still have) that the removal men nicked when I moved from Southampton to the Midlands 27 years ago. I'll have more time one day...I keep telling myself!
