hi guys . if i have 2 lipo batteries .. one of them is 1800 mah . and the other is 2200 mah  both 2 cell ... could i still join them together in parallel  using an adaptor to give me 4000 mah ..... or would this "xxxxx" up the balance of the cells and things ?


or would i have to use 2 x . 2200 mah batteries or 2x . 1800 mah together . so the amperage values are the same

you need to have matched packs to run either in parallel or in series so yes you are right 2x1800 or 2x2200
Its wise to use the exactly the same battery packs when pairing them in this way right down to the C rating

That's what I thought.   Thank you for confirming that for me before I blew up the boat
