%) All batteries are dangerous if abused not just LIPO's ,many years ago as an electician part of my job was to run two 750kva generator sets, which we did once a week under load to test them, this one week it was my mates turn to carry this task, the first set started OK but the second did not as the starter motor shorted out causing a huge current drain on the two batteries which then exploded spraying acid on my mate,he was in hospital for two weeks with acid burns and damage to his lungs which he still suffers till this day,all batteries store a large amount of energy  and if released all at once can cause them explode, catch fire and give off dangerous fumes,so take care when handling any type of battery it may look innocent but can set your pride and joy alight or worse still you..........Ray  %) %) %) %)
