That's coming along nicely, yes they are a lot of fun to build using your imagination instead of a set of plans,
I really enjoyed building mine, I'm interested to see how you finish yours.  :-))

And what is the foil for? Now now, we don't have any funny business going on here (Unless there is an income stream in it for us to subsidise boat building and beer:O).

Things are starting to take shape, a long time building. Need more time.

So the hull is nearly done, I fibre glassed it, rubbed it back, smoothed it with P38 and rubbed it to a nice finish.
Started the painting last night, first coat of high build primer on, will wet and dry and give it another two coats.

The wheel house is undercoated, and I start the work on the ladder steps and rails. Got some 1/16 pipe from the scrap at work and will give it a try to create one, (soldering) Yes I have a small pen sized gas solder torch. I just need the advice of you guys what is the best solder and flux to try..........

Cant wait to get it completed as I really need to see her sail.

Oh one last bit this week, drew a winch in SolidWorks and having it printed by a friend.

All coming together.... :-)

One last thing, the owl, well sad story it ended up in the foil. hehehe

Nice build. Don't forget bulwark(s) at bow at least, you will be washing the decks otherwise. %%

Hi Arrow,
Yes the Bulwark, I have the pushers fabricated and the bulwark will go on at the same time, I will be fixing the deck on to the hull after I have seal tested it, finish priming and want to paint the inside of the hull, crazy by yes I want ti clean and tidy.
