Another newbe plea.

Hi, I have just bought a fiberglass hull 35" long 11" beam It is molded to take twin screws sort of launch type, I intend to make it into a RAF crash tender type, my questions are, what size brush less motors, do I need two speed controllers, what size battery, do I need left and right propellers, I would like it to have a good turn of speed, I have tried to fathom out all the electrical jargon but sadly failed, any help would be gratefully received. At the risk of throwing mud on the flames, mention was made in the OP of using two brushless motors with one ESC.  Convention says "NO", but if using sensorless motors, at least one person has gone ahead and actually tried it.  http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2293170&page=4&highlight=two+brushless+one+esc
Oddly, it works in his setup.  If anything, it looks to work better than two brushed motors in parallel.
