Just a few more from Sunday morning. First a Vic Smeed plan from 1970 of Castle Class corvette pictures show this model  sailing also the internal components that make it tick. The radio fitted in to this model is a single channel proportional set from Macgregor operating the rudder only. Second pictures a brand new just out of the builders yard  steam launch built by one of our club members. That's all for now .

The SK 5 is having a refit and was on test this morning. Other pictures a semi scale tug which sails very well  and finally a nice shot of the top section of our sailing water looking good in the winter sunshine more to follow.

Ho ho ho, Merry Christmas to you all at Kirklees! Those looked excellent fairy cakes Stan, did you bake them?? Yours is certainly a very active club. Ours while certainly very social has suffered from weed problems of late and it is having an effect on number of boats on the water. Hopefully we can get in and do some weeding and put some dye in at the right time to negate this problem happening for a year or so.

Good morning the final pictures from yesterday morning. Some of our members like other forms of model making  this a prime example a German WW2Tiger1.Next A large steam powered tug these pictures showing the steam plant. A lifeboat not sure of the class. Close up shot of the SK5. Two steam vessels  and finally a shot of one of the car parks used by the club along with the public. That's it for 2015  so have happy Christmas and good new year.

HI everybody from a cold and snowy Wilton park. Not a lot of activity this morning due the lake being frozen over. It was ideal weather for the SK5 hovercraft . Just a few pictures showing the park in its winter glory and the SK5 in action.

Well Stan
I'm impresssed, the lake freezes and you pull a hovercraft out of your pocket  :-)) Is there nothing at all that will keep you away from the water? I wish I could just get five minutes to myself this weekend  <:( Today the Motherinlaw is coming so all my little activities are cancelled until this evening by swimbo. Except I can walk the dog now ---- I guess thats because its freezing outside  O0
