No brainer really, you need to ask yourself which piece of kit will get the most use...

The small airbrush paint booths are all very well as long as you don't want to spray anything of any size.

Given that turntables are available from pound shops and extractor fans and hoses are available very cheaply from Toolstation/Screwfix etc I would make my own from a plastic storage box & these bits. Much cheaper and you can have it a size that you want.

Personally I use a turntable, a cardboard box and an open workshop door on a calm day but then I am low tech.

Also get a good mask with filters designed for paint fumes as Stavros has said on numerous
Posts.(he is an expert on spray painting).

You can make your own spray booth for 20 quid or less if you have a lot of electrical bits and bobs or an old pc. A Dremel is a must. And it's difficult to make them. Having said that check out aldi or lidl and they are good cheap models there, Mines 20 years old. Also check out maplins as they were on special before Christmas.

Get the saw, you will use it more that the air brush. Make your spray booth with two old shower curtains. Nemesis

Given our weather I'd definitely say a Spray Booth vented outside the shed. Your lungs might quite like that too. Following the purchase just keep saying you wished you had bought the saw - repeat often before your birthday arrives.

I have the spray booth, very good but for anything of size you need to extend it. i used plastic conduit scrounged from work, covered with a couple of shower curtains from poundland.

There are so many types of saws that can do most jobs, i mainly use a jigsaw with fine blades, with home made guides.

My advice would be, invest in the very best mask you can, mine is from 3M with detachable filters, good for spraying and cutting or sanding.

If you're doing a pint booth, you need to have an access from it to some place outside. Spraying into a box on with no forced exit ventilation only compunds your health problem. Take a look at this thread for more info:  http://www.modelboatmayhem.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,27859.125.html
