English house bricks are approximately 215 x 102 x 65. So in......

1/35 that is 6.14mm x 2.9mm x 1.8mm

1.72 that is   2.98mm  x  1.41mm x 0.9mm

Good luck with them. Although if you check out some of the suppliers for plastic models world war 2 era tanks and stuff, they do plenty of accessories like bricks etc already cast to scale.

Why buy when krisna is more than capable of making them and probably better than that you can buy...

If nothing else, it provides a suggestion of where such things can be bought if a modeller does not want to, or cannot make them.

A way of making walls with bricks, or stones is to draw the pattern onto Depron foam. This is what Supermarket chilled pizzas are packed onto as a stiff base and ultra light RC aero modellers use and can be bought in sheets of varying thicknesses.

Here are some examples:

Some of the scenes are gorgeous.
