Hello Forum,

I'm a new member, a Spanish naval modeller, and on my website you can see my models.

On this occasion I'm looking for more than a year, construction drawings steamboat Bohuslän Swedish city Gothenburg.

I appreciate of you where can I buy said drawings, indicate either a person or an institution, thank you very much for your time and congratulations for the models I have seen in this forum.

Hello Forum

First my gratitude for the welcomed received great in the forum
I wish to clarify that I do not seek a commercial kit, I wish to acquire the construction plans to build a navigable RC model, with all kinds of details as there is much iconography on the Internet.

Thanks Christian, certainly you are the partner of the Forum live closer to my city.

Bohuslän has its own website: http://www.steamboat.se/sys/ who may be able to help with drawings.

However, if you are intending to construct a working model you will need to be very careful about stability as in model form the vessel will be very top heavy due to the amount of superstructure and detail and the very shallow draught of the ship. It will be difficult, if not almost impossible to overcome this if building a true scale model.

Thanks for the note, but is this the first web site I found and I have written to the director.
During the past week I have written to several people in Sweden, related to the model, the Museum of Gothenburg; etc...
These are some of the very interesting URL.
http://www.scaleship.com/
http://www.steamesteem.com/

The model I've seen built and sailing, is very stable in navigation, here you can see with your builder

Thanks Colin

That is a lovely model. The larger it is the less problem with stability issues. Is that a steam plant inside it?

I hope you are successful in your search for plans. What scale do you intend to build the model and what length will it be?

If this model is a steam engine, you can see in the same web.
I want to build my model in a 1/35 or 1/48, in the first case would be 1230 mm in length and in the second case would be 900 mm.
It is a good ratio, length / bulkhead and I can implement the model with figures of civilian people.
Thanks for your good wishes.
