Little summer work
« on: August 02, 2016, 07:59:01 am »

Bonjour,
I have restored a little Otto Lauffer Graupner kit, 0,92 m , 6 kilos boats are quite easier to manage than 1,20 - 1,40 m, 20 - 35 kilos ones alone. Steam plant : JMC 2 cm3 Stephenson valves, 5 cm 4 blades propeller.
The usual control  test : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PuJ3wwVg-IU
The first navigation : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OGLRY3JCiiU
This hull is also used by Graupner for its Saturn kit or my Jan de sterke : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ba6h9oHJ_H0 (also JMC 2cm3 but with a vertical boiler)
