it is a nice stretch of water, the fowl take the north east end generally or the island when ever I have visited, they seem to have learnt to stay clear.

Hi Simon yes we are based at Wilton Park Batley not Huddersfield. The water is at Birstall and the name is taken from the council area. If you are free on the 9 July come along to our open day.

We now meet on Thursday afternoons from 1pm to around 4pm and Sunday mornings from 9 am to mid-day.  The original Wednesday afternoon meeting has now been replaced by the Thursday afternoon.  Thursday afternoons are free sailing for all types of models (except IC).  Sunday morning will be the same for the time being but in 2022 there will be events throughout the year on Sunday mornings.  Details to follow in the New Year.  If you want any information send Stan a pm.
