The pond had a bit of ice at the car park end,  pretty good water level .

All slips are occupied at the mo spud have fitted a new sail winch and bec in hms mercury  ,borodino close to completion andre is now cladded also working on some bits for my ww1 c class at 1/32  ,its to cold in the  workshop, its  warmer indoors, regards Pete
