Jeti JES 150 speed controller

I have acquired a Jeti JES 150 speed controller. Does anyone know how to set these up. It has a gree/red led on the right hand side of the controller and an adjuster on the left marked plus and minus, some sort of advance and retard setting. No info on the Jeti website (perhaps its a delted model) although its in the current Ripmax catalogue?
