Sarik Vacform
« on: January 05, 2017, 04:02:06 pm »

Just wanted to say a public "Thank You" to Barry Atkinson down at Sarik Vacform for all his help...I emailed him three days back asking if there was a chance of having a set of mouldings made for the little Bob Read designed submersible. A few hours later I received an email from him saying he'd moulded me a full set, and giving me a phone number to call to arrange payment/delivery.

I rang the number, spoke to the man who Barry had arranged to be waiting for my call...paid for the hull, and it's now in the post to me.

If that's not customer service...then I'm not playing.

Thanks to Barry and all the guys at Sarik...

The folks at Sarik are absolutely first class  :-)) :-))

They provide the vac-formed lifeboats for our ferry kits and the service has been spot on since day 1.  Highly recommended.

Carl  :-))

And whilst I'm at it...yesterday I ordered a small radio box for  the submersible from Prestwich Models. Twenty minutes ago it turned up...

Absobloodylutely top service from two British companies!
